Brand new gym class designed for older adults St Mary's Community Gym, Upper Street.
A brand new, one hour long gym session that offers a variety of low-impact exercises, including aerobics, strength training, stretching and flexibility specifically for older members of the community, led by a certified fitness instructor who specialises in working with older adults and is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment.
There will be a maximum of ten people per class which will cost £8 per person, per class.
