Donations to Ukraine

Many thanks to all those who provided medical equipment and medicines for Ukraine. 26 boxes (labelled in English and Ukrainian) left Islington for Kent on the last day of 2024.

The majority comprised clothes, medicines and bedding; as well as four boxes of candles (new and part used) and other much needed items including pairs of crutches.

The St Mary’s connection was enhanced by the kindness of the couple now living in Kathleen Read's old home who delivered them. The collector in Kent sends goods to three charities working in Ukraine.
