We are hiring: Facilities Administrator

Part time: 25 hours per week (to be worked over 4 or 5 days)

Salary: £25,860 pro rata (£17,240 per annum)

The Facilities Administrator is an important role in ensuring the safe running of our historic buildings which play a vital role in facilitating St Mary’s community work. As part of the operations team you will join St Mary’s at an exciting time as we continue to develop and grow support for our community.

The successful candidate will be able to manage and liaise with contractors, look after the maintenance schedule and staff, update any administration documents and prepare reports, work with and understand all whilst abiding by all compliance regulations under UK law and those required by the Church of England.

You will be friendly, cheerful, positive and self-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team, be motivated to solve challenges efficiently and in a reasonable time and have a keen attention to detail.
