St Mary Islington hosts priesting service for 17 ordinands across Two Cities and Stepney areas

On Saturday 17 June St. Mary's Church, Upper Street welcomed over 450 people to the ordination of priests by The Rt Revd and Rt Hon. Dame Sarah Mullally, Bishop of London. 17 ordinands were ordained as priests and are now able to offer communion at church services and officiate at wedding ceremonies. Two of those being ordained, Freya Bradley and Josh Richards, are currently serving as curates at St Mary's on Upper Street.
